This was such an exceptional hotel ! The staff are truly incredible and went above and beyond the standards of a great hotel. A true gem in the Heart of Paris and we were lucky to find it. Christophe the concierge at the hotel made such a great fuss of my daughter who was in Paris celebrating her 12th birthday. He sorted out tickets to the Eiffel Tower and lunches/dinners at the best restaurants. Truly VIP service all the way and has left a lasting impression with us both. We can’t wait to return. Magnifique !!!!

The location is great, quiet and easy to find. The staff is extremely friendly , professional and attentive. The room was perfect in size, decoration and comfort. Breakfast was nicely served and well balanced. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel was beautiful - one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It is small but perfectly formed. It was clean, facilities were well kept, rooms were well equipped and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was perfectly located just 5 minutes from arc de triomphe - you could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony.

The staff was very friendly since the check in time till the departure, they make you feel very welcome especially “Marie”, who was so sweet towards us and very welcoming. Thank you all, concierge Christopher and meriem in the reception Rooms are very good, the hotel location is excellent.
